    Answer: Yes, the rear sight can be adjusted left or right. The up/down is adjusted by different height front sights.

    Answer: Not plastic. they are made quite well and seem durable enough. I mostly deer hunt over turkey hunting and they take a little while to get used to. The sight is best suited for turkey hunting.
