It can be easily installed and looks nice, but some customers have found it to be practically worthless if you snag a tree or drop your bike. In such cases, the hand guards may break off easily, which can be inconvenient and unsafe. However, it should fit any KTM with stock hand guards. You should bolt it to the back of them and into the bar ends after cutting the ends of the grips off. The product does not come with the plastic part and is intended to tie into the stock orange shield. If you want a more secure option, traditional Bark Busters that hook to the handlebar are recommended.
