If you do not have a shaver socket in your bathroom, you can use a 2 to 3 pin converter plug to allow your shaver to be used in conventional 3-pin sockets elsewhere in the house. We strongly recommend you use a conversion plug that bears British Standards certification (BS 1363-5:2008).

What's the difference between the 9-720 and 9-710?

The difference are the accessories included with the product. Braun 9-720 comes with a Shaver Head Trimmer Cap, Skin Contact Cap, Drawstring Pouch and Cleaning Brush whereas Braun 9-710 comes with a Shaver Head Trimmer Cap, Skin Contact Cap, Cooling Glove and Cleaning Brush.

Why is it not with a british plug? does it come with european plug? can i get one with a british plug?

These EU 2 pin plugs meet industry as well as UK standards and should fit in the shaver sockets that many bathrooms in the UK are equipped with.
