Answer: Sorry to be obtuse, but WHY BOTHER? The human hand just cannot do a good enough job to avoid the interfering micro currents in the joints. However, technically, it should work. -

Answer: I doubt it as they're tiny. You would need to check their maximum voltage and current rating when switching a load first. -
