However, it is made in China and can only be used with a 1/4" drill bit as any smaller bit would not provide enough stability. Although the tool may work for wood or plastic, it does not produce shavings when used on aluminum and tends to create a lot of heat. It is also not able to cut through metal without mushrooming or breaking. Some reviewers had issues with the set screws and cutter arm not being perpindicular to the shaft, leading to uneven cuts or even injuries. Others had issues with the tool being difficult to use without a drill-press, and even then, not working as expected due to poor tolerance. **
