Answer: No, it's just the kickdown cable. -

Does this have the swivel stud that attaches to the throttle pressure lever on the transmission?
Answer: Yes, it comes with a ball and socket type stud which connects to the transmission. If you have a Holley 2600 carb, you may need to modify the bracket holding the cables.
