Does it work for brown skin?
Answer: I think it would work. It is just a primer. You will be putting something on top of it, either eye shadow if you use it on your eye lids or a lipstick color if you put on your lips. I like the way it keeps my eyeshadow on for more than 12 hours. -

Answer: Yes, I. think it works just as well as mac. -

Does this truly extend the longevity of wearing a lipstick?
Answer: Hi, I do not use it under lipstick but I believe it would definitely work. I use it under eye shadow and I get no creasing and it stays on all day at work, a solid 12 hours!! I also use it as under eye concealer, a little goes a long way. It is my favorite!! Hope this helps:)
