Has anyone treated these with Permethrin? If so, did it harm or weaken the hammock?
Answer: My 4-year-old bear butt hammocks have been treated with everything from Permethrin, DEET, sunscreen, iced tea, bird poop, and they have held up wonderfully. -

Can you recommend a stand? Too many to choose from.
Answer: Hmmmm.... I'm not too familiar with stands, I prefer trees! But if I had to recommend one, I'd go with SunnyDaze's 10ft portable set up. -

Will this fit someone 6’4” tall?
Answer: Yes, I am 6’3” and had plenty of room. -

I am interested in using this for a weeklong camping trip. How would I keep myself and my gear dry while sleeping in my hammock?
Answer: You could purchase a rain fly to go over the hammock. We will have rain flies to purchase by November. -

Why is the green and charcoal more expensive than other colors? Dye costs?
Answer: We have more of the other colors in stock, so the others are currently on sale! -

Designed in Provo, UT, specially designed & engineered in the USA. But are they actually made in the USA?
Answer: No, mine has a tag that states it's Made in China. Despite that, I really like mine. It's pretty good quality, I sleep in it 340+ days a year. -

Answer: I currently have mine on a hammock stand.
