Answer: The recommended temperature range is 230°C - 260°C (446°F - 500°F). -

Anyone know if this orange matches the Original Prusa i3 Mk2 orange?
Answer: As other have mentioned - it is close. I would state that it is slightly lighter/paler in color. When held next to the Prusa orange, it is noticeable. Here is a photo of a part I printed next to the front LCD housing (if the link works): https://imgur.com/a/OeLvI5v -

Is this more translucent or solid?
Answer: It's a pretty blue solid. -

How long can you print?
Answer: Well it's a 1kg of filamant. Depending on the size of your prints, how much infill and other various variables. Your slicer should tell you how many grams each print will take based on your variables. -
Question:
Is this brand of petg food grade?
Answer: As much as a 3D print can be. Any time you 3D print an object using FDM you're going to be making a whole host of crevices that are nigh-impossible to completely clean out. On a relative scale, this is better than something like an iron-fill PLA which would rust over time, but still not a material that I would eat off of more than once or have anywhere near hot or alcoholic beverages. -
Question:
Is it easy to paint? And if so, what types of paint are best to use?
Answer: I've done this with PLA, but I've used spray paint and airbrush paint with the primer applied first. The same will work on PETG, just prime your surface. ☺ -
Question:
I'm looking for a plain opaque dark gray petg filament. is the hatchbox silver a regular gray, or does it have some metallic sheen?
Answer: It's silver. It is not dark grey. I don't remember if it had any shiny/sparkle stuff in it. I dont think it did. -

Is the blue filament more of a dark blue?
Answer: It’s minion blue.

Some users have reported issues with poor adhesion between layers and massive stringing, while others had no problems. Hatchbox PETG is recommended as it prints faster and is more durable than PLA with a better finish. However, one user found it unusually difficult to remove without removing the plate. There are different opinions on the recommended settings, which vary from person to person. Overall, this is a solid filament that provides some amazing results, but it may require substantial tweaking to get there.
