This scooter is made in China and has manual wheels. Buyers have reported that it broke in half in under a week and the front wheel came off when their child was riding it. The base does not hold up well and scratches against surfaces. However, some customers have enjoyed the product as it is sturdy, turns and brakes well, has adjustable handlebars, and can be folded for storage. One customer used it for daily commute and loved it overall. Internal parts were reported to be of low quality as the ball bearing disintegrated after three weeks of use. Overall, the scooter appears to be hit or miss with various quality issues.
