Answer: I am not sure, but I didnt like this product...I returned it and went for a store bought option instead. I recently bought Neutrogena Stubborn Marks Benzoyl Peroxide AM and the PM Retinol one by Neutrogena...so far I am seeing good changes. Slowly but good. Hope this helps. -

Answer: I suppose it could if you’re sensitive to benzoyl peroxide, but my daughters and I apply it without any problem. None of us even need to use moisturizer, but we have normal to oily skin. It’s SUPER gentle on skin...just be careful about washing your hands after applying it bc it can bleach towels and clothes😉 -
