Answer: Allegra is most commonly sold in 90 mg, 24-hour doses. I personally prefer the 12 hour, 60 mg version. It's more expensive to take 60 mg twice a day, and unnecessary for most people. -

Answer: No, Allegra D contains Pseudoephedrine as in Sudafed as the decongestant...thus the D. -

Answer: The picture on my box says 60 mg. The number 180 could come from three boxes. -

Answer: No, this is not 'real' Allegra-D as it is missing one ingredient. Allegra-D contains Pseudoephedrine as well as Fexofenadine, and has to be signed for at the pharmacy. Medication containing Pseudoephedrine cannot be sold online or over the counter due to government restrictions and regulations. -

The cardboard box was open when I received these. Is that normal?
Answer: The cardboard shipping box and the paperboard Packaging that contains the pills should all be sealed. if the blister pack remains sealed with no signs of tampering then I would go with it. Otherwise I would sound the alarm. -
