Answer: The whole bottle makes 126, 1 cup servings or almost 8 gallons in total. -

How does this compare to the Knorr home style concentrated stock (the 4 tiny jelly tubs to a pack)?
Answer: I have not tried the tiny tubs. We eat a lot of soup so the convenience of the larger container is perfect for us. -

I don't see onion/garlic in the ingredient list, however, are they included in the first ingredient (chicken broth)?
Answer: I checked both Chicken & Beef...neither mentioned onion/garlic. -

What is the shelf life of this?
Answer: The opened shelf life is the same as the unopened shelf life (365 days) as long as the product is hygienically handled, stored (ambient or refrigerated temperatures between 40ºF-85ºF), and kept in a tightly sealed container. -

Answer: There are no artificial flavors in Knorr Beef liquid concentrate. The ingredients used are maltodextrin, yeast extract, and beef fat. These ingredients are natural and no MSG is added. -

Answer: We have not tried the concentrate you mention, but we use only the Knorr concentrates with chicken or beef. The flavor is authentic and delicious! Well worth the price.
