Answer: Hot water is the best bet. -

Does the manufacturer put a hard-to-remove sticker over most of the peel?
Answer: Yes, the peel is covered with a large sticker which is VERY difficult to remove. Try soaking in hot water or using an adhesive remover. It may take multiple attempts. -
Question:
Why do they put so much adhesive on the sticker? Will it damage the peel?
Answer: The adhesive can be difficult to remove but try running very hot water on the side opposite of the sticker. The adhesive will loosen, making it easier to remove the sticker. Use Goo-Gone or an adhesive remover for the rest. Be careful not to damage the peel while removing the sticker. -
Question:
Is the handle stainless steel as well? And is it dishwasher safe?
Answer: Yes, the handle is stainless steel with a resin inlay. The Broil King Stainless Pizza Peel is dishwasher-safe.
