Answer: Its a little like going barefoot in the sense that you hace no cushion at all. So it depends con your preference. I think they are great personally for long distancies. However last summer I started to use them everyday for long distances and after a couple of months of using them everyday, muy feet started to feel funny so I started to use them every other day instead. -

Answer: For adults they run very small. I am a true 8.5. Ordered according to reviews and got the 6M which is a US 8 in women's. It got my foot like my four old trying to squeeze into an infant car seat. Returned them. Got the 7 which is a 9 for women, still too small. Waiting for the arrival of the 8, which is TEN! In women's. Goodness gracious. Hopefully they fit
