The Marble Genius Marble Run Starter Set is a well-made Construction toy with great educational value. The XXL set includes about 2x the pieces than the regular-sized starter kit and includes several expansion pieces that the regular set doesn't. It also includes 6 base pieces. The kit has a ton of pieces to get creative with, and it's great for making impressive builds, although it's quite expensive. The box comes without a storage solution, though. One problem is a lack of repeatability in the runs as the timing and speed of the marbles carries even within the same set up resulting in one run being successful, the next failing. The bases are cardboard, and the pieces not interlocking can limit the stability when building more complex tracks. It's essential to have significant space to spread out to assemble a good course. **
