Question:
The specs say < 24" LCD size, but would it work with a 27" widescreen?
Answer: It may mount a 27" monitor but the ability to raise and lower the monitor may be jeopodized by the size limiting the amount of movement or the weight may be too much for the stand to hold the monitor at one position without the monitor drifting down. -
Question:
I have a 24 inch monitor, how low can it go?
Answer: With a 24" monitor, it can raise another 1.2" vertically positioned and has plenty of movement available to lower if you wanted a horizontal position. -
Question:
I have a 30" monitor, weight 18 lbs. Would this be too heavy?
Answer: With a 24 inch monitor, it is fine. However, it does not go into portrait mode that well. In terms of supporting a 30" monitor, it would be unrealistic and may require a more secure stand. -
Question:
At its lowest setting, what is the distance between the bottom edge of the monitor and the surface the stand is sitting on?
Answer: The distance depends on the height of your monitor and the location of the mounting holes. At the lowest setting, for a 13.5" monitor, the clearance is 1 7/8 inches from the surface. -

How tall is the base?
Answer: The ring base is 3/4" (.75) tall. -

Monitor is so light that the spring always pushes the monitor up after pushing it down. Is there a way to stop this by tightening something?
Answer: An adjustment screw in the bottom of the support can increase tension to keep lighter monitors in place. -

Will it hold a 15" LCD TV monitor?
Answer: The bracket is strong and has an adjustment screw for tension, indicating that it may hold a 15" LCD TV. -

Say I want to turn my monitor to face left or right how easy does the whole thing turn?
Answer: The stand swivels around the base circle easily, but the ease of turning depends on the weight of the monitor. -
Question:
I want to place this stand with 24" monitor on a tall shelf (secured so it does not move or fall). Does the mount tilt down towards the ground?
Answer: There is relatively little downward movement along the horizontal axis. Securing the unit to a wall or fixture may reduce this movement, and an alternative mount may be considered for a secure downward tilt.
